Started at a kirana, built for every shop.
In 2023, our founder Vilas Sagar visited his uncle's kirana store in Pune and watched him spend 3 hours every evening writing manual bills and reconciling a paper khata. Despite running a profitable business for 15 years, he was drowning in paperwork.
That evening, MyKhata360 was born. We built a simple, affordable, mobile-first ERP that any shopkeeper can use — without a CA, without an IT consultant, without even a laptop.
Today, businesses from Srinagar to Kanyakumari use our platform in their own language, on a ₹5,000 Android phone, to manage billing, GST, staff and growth.
