1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MyKhata360 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyKhata360 is a business management platform providing GST billing, inventory, ledger/khata tracking, payroll, and reporting tools for shopkeepers and individuals across 40+ business types, available on web and mobile.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information to use MyKhata360. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are sold as fixed-term plans — monthly, half-yearly or yearly — and are billed once in advance for that term via Razorpay.
• Pricing depends on the type of account. Business accounts and Personal Finance accounts are priced separately; the plans and current prices for your account type are shown on our pricing page and in Settings → Subscription.
• Every plan for a given account type includes the same features; the term length and price are the only differences.
• A plan does not renew automatically. When a term ends you can buy another from Settings → Subscription; paying again extends your existing expiry rather than replacing it.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MyKhata360 to:

• Violate any applicable law, including tax and GST regulations.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the business and financial data you enter into MyKhata360. We access this data only to provide the Service, respond to support requests, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occasionally affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyKhata360 is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in GST calculations that result from inaccurate data you enter.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MyKhata360 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
