Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your MyKhata360 account and its associated data by email. You do not need to sign in or have the app installed.

How to send your request

  1. Email support@mykhata360.com with the subject MyKhata360 account deletion request.
  2. Include the email address or mobile number registered to your account. If you use a business account, include the business name so support can identify the correct account.
  3. Send the email from your registered address if possible. If you registered using only a phone number or cannot access your registered email, mention this so support can arrange ownership verification.
Email an account deletion request

This opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request. If no email app opens, use your webmail and the address above. Do not include your password, PIN, or OTP.

What happens next

Support will verify account ownership before processing deletion and respond about the data covered by your request and any required retention. Export any records you want to keep before deletion. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

You can also start a request in the app under Settings → Data → Request account deletion.

Data covered by your request

Request deletion of your account profile (name, email address and mobile number), sign-in credentials and sessions, preferences, and associated personal data, including financial records and uploaded files.

For a shared business account, identify whether you want to delete your individual account or also close the business workspace. Support must verify your authority before deleting records that belong to a business or other users.

Deletion timing and retained data

Deletion is handled by support; there is no automatic 90-day deletion feature. A fixed processing period and backup expiry period have not yet been published. Ask support for the applicable timeline when submitting your request.

Billing, tax, security, or dispute records may need to be retained where required. Support will identify any retained records, the reason, and the applicable retention period for your request. Backup copies may remain until they expire; a fixed backup retention period has not yet been published.

Keeping your account

Personal Finance users can open Privacy & Lock → Fresh Start in the app to erase recorded financial data while keeping their account. The confirmation screen explains what is erased. Sign-in, security, settings, subscription, and support records are kept so the account can continue working.
