• Account information — name, mobile number, email address, and business details you provide during registration.
• Business & financial data — invoices, GST details, ledger entries, expense records, and inventory data you enter into the app.
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
• Usage data — device type, browser, and interaction data collected automatically to improve reliability and performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the billing, ledger, GST, and reporting features of MyKhata360.
• Process subscription payments and send billing-related communications.
• Send OTPs and authentication messages to keep your account secure.
• Respond to support requests and improve our product based on usage patterns.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal or business data. We share data only with the following service providers, and only for the purpose you invoke:

• Razorpay — to process subscription payments.
• Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google," to authenticate your identity.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyKhata360, our users, or the public.

4. Data Security

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 encryption. We perform daily automated backups and maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. You can export your data at any time from Settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data without signing in, visit our account deletion page for email instructions, the data covered, and information about deletion timing and retained records.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Our cookie banner lets you acknowledge this on your first visit. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

MyKhata360 is intended for business owners and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
